They decided to establish their dream in the region of Toro which has a rich wine history dating all the way back to before the Roman settlement. The region of Toro, which is part of the larger region of Castilla y Len in Northwest Spain, is known for crafting powerful reds from the Tinta de Toro grape (otherwise known as Tempranillo). With notes of wild berries and sweet baking spices from 5 months in French oak, this big wine is ready to be paired with a hefty hunk of red meat or some jamn ibrico.
