Today, the estate is made up of 220 hectares and is making way for the next generation of winemakers. The founders daughters are learning from their fathers and are preparing to take over the winery while they simultaneously strive forward in organic farming. This bold red is made from 100% Xinomavro, a collector-worthy red native to the Naoussa region of Greece. With red fruit notes including bright red cherries and a touch of espresso and chocolate on this finish, pair this wine with a mushroom risotto or a dry-aged steak.
