The late Yves Lambert established Arnaud Lambert in Samur, France in 1996 and today is run by his son, Arnaud. The winery is practicing biodynamic and became certified organic in 2012. This dry, medium-bodied white is 100% Chenin Blanc and the grapes grow on vines that are 40 years old. The vineyards here have moderate temperatures with sand and limestone soils, giving the wines a high acidity complimented by a wonderful minerality. With tasting notes of lemon, exotic fruit and honey, this wine pairs well with pike with butter sauce or goat cheese.
