Today, the wine estate is over 200 hectares where you can find a garden, hotel, restaurant and more. This dry, crisp, medium-bodied white blend is made up of 49% Chenin Blanc, 14% Viognier, 21% Chardonnay, 10% Semillon and 6% Sauvignon Blanc giving it refreshing yet complex tasting notes of tropical fruit including pineapple, lime and melon. Pair this wine with vegetable dishes or seafood pasta.
