The winery itself is organically farmed and lies right between the DOC zones for Prosecco and Friuli Grave. The soils here are gravelly producing a wonderful minerality in their white grapes. Made from 100% Glera, this Prosecco has soft bubbles with tasting notes of meyer lemon, white flowers and a creamy finish. It is incredibly versatile and can pair with many foods ranging from charcuterie boards to dark chocolate desserts.
