From their certified organic vineyards and vines aged 65+ years comes Microcosmico, a 100% Macabeo fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts. Fresh and lively with elegant acidity and complexity, this white has notes of crisp apple, hay and jasmine with a backbone of minerality from the clay and limestone soils. Pairs wonderfully with grilled prawns and fresh oysters.
