Located in the medieval village of Torre in Pietra, this certified organic winery boasts a winemaking tradition dating back to the 16th century. Acquired by Senator Luigi Albertini in the 1930s, the estate underwent significant expansion and renovation, culminating in its current 150-hectare property, which includes vineyards, olive trees, and grains. The terroir features a temperate Mediterranean climate and sandy, clayey soils enriched with marine and lava sediments. This 100% Fiano white wine, an ancient Roman varietal, presents hazelnut aromas with ripe citrus, a hint of salt, and a long, savory finish. It pairs excellently with seafood dishes or truffle risotto.
