The winery itself is dedicated to conserving water and air, increasing land quality, and maintaining biodiversity. Flowers are planted throughout the vines to help reduce the use of pesticides. They use the best practices to remain environmentally cautious and to produce high quality wines. Les Pouches presents notes of yellow apple, nectarine, and slight honeysuckle. Pair this with roasted duck and peaches or a fresh goat cheese and apple salad.
