It is the oldest estate in the village of Pujols-sur-Ciron! The owners are focused on being environmentally friendly through sustainable farming and choosing not to use any pesticides. The soils of gravel and sand are covered by natural grass between each row and help each grape ripen to prime maturity. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Bordeaux, France has notes of oak, tobacco, earth, chocolate, and plum. Pair this one with venison bourguignon or braised lamb shanks.
