It was restored to its former glory in 1975 and has been producing excellent wines since. This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and has notes of peach, pear, lemon and just a touch of oak from the time it spends in barrel. This wine pairs well with french cheeses such as Camembert or Gruyere.
