Chteau La Coste Le Rouge 2022 comes from Chteau La Coste, an estate in Provences Coteaux dAix-en-Provence known for its fusion of art, architecture and organic winemaking. The vineyards are planted on deep clay-limestone soils at altitudes of 280350 metres, benefiting from Mediterranean sunshine and cooling winds that preserve freshness.

The 2022 Le Rouge is a red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, fermented with daily pump-overs at controlled temperatures to preserve fruit and supple tannins. Short vatting and stainless steel ageing preserve vibrant red fruit and fresh structure. Medium-bodied, it shows deep ruby colour with red cherry and fine spice notes, light silky tannins and a generous, crisp finish. It pairs beautifully with onion tart, spicy chicken wings, rabbit with olives or herbed mussels, reflecting the expressive fruit and balance of Provenal terroir.
