Originally a fortress in the 13th century, Etruscan artifacts and Roman mosaics were found throughout the property which showed that wine had been made on the property since ancient times. This dry, crisp white wine is 100% Vermentino and is harvested from vineyards with sandstone soils and exposed to marine breezes. With notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers this wine pairs well with seafood pasta and grilled fish.
