This certified organic French winery began in 1998 when Jean-Pierre decided to leave a cooperative winery and branch out on his own. His son and daughter in law have since joined him and they have worked together to make the wines the best they can be. This Malbec is grown on 30 year old vines about 300 meters above sea level with clay-rich and limestone- soils. Despite the beautifully bold red color of this Malbec, it is light bodied and fruit forward with notes of blackberries, tobacco and spice. Pair this wine with a flank steak or Manchego cheese.
