Yecla is one of Spains smallest wine growing regions and is best known for Monastrell which thrives in the region due to the high-altitudes and ideal climate. Aged in oak for 3 months and showcasing notes of dark fruit like blackberry, this organic, medium body red blend can be paired with pulled pork sliders or a spicy chili.
