Francesco, Lorenzo, and Caterina Cordero are three siblings who were raised around vines and wine making. As they got older, this trio decided it was time for them to create their own legacy in wine. When Tenuta San Giorgios winemaker was unable to successfully produce one year, he was willing to offer the estate to the Cordero family. All of their wines are named after the famous St. George and the Dragon painting and the siblings worked together to create a brand new, top tier lineup of wine all their own. This 100% Pinot Grigio comes from Lombardy, Italy where the estate currently contains 50 hectares of vines. A bright and crisp expression of the grape, it leads with notes of lime, pear, green apple, and finishes with a burst of minerality. This dynamic white pairs perfectly with clams or a summer salad.
