Corte Pavone Rosso di Montalcino 2021

With its deeply aromatic Rosso di Montalcino “Corte Pavone”, Cantina Loacker presents the organic version of the classic Tuscan red wine. The Sangiovese grapes are left to ferment spontaneously and the resulting wine ages for 14 months in small and large oak barrels. Rosso di Montalcino fills the glass with a garnet red with sparkling violet hues. On the nose, an intense bouquet of red fruits, delicate violet notes and a fine smoky spice opens up. On the palate, the aroma transforms into delicate fruity and spicy notes, which perfectly surround the powerful density and soft tannin. “Corte Pavone” is particularly suitable for refining meat dishes and game specialties, but is also a real treat when paired with mature cheese dishes.
