This certified organic Tuscan winery has been family-owned for nearly 50 years. Originally, 5 1/2 hectares were purchased in 1975 to raise sheep and produce cheese. Today, the property spans 17 hectares across two parts: Corzano and Paterno, located on either side of the valley. While the family continues to make cheese, they have also added grains, olives, and, of course, wine. This ros is made from 100% Sangiovese, offering tasting notes of strawberry and cherry, balanced by a refreshing acidity and minerality. Enjoy this dry, delicate wine with antipasto or grilled vegetables.
