Their collection includes dry and sweet whites, as well as red, ros, and sparkling selections. The Sous la Tonnelle is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. It is fresh and elegant on the nose with aromas of white flowers, and flavors of pomelo and lemon, and a light airy finish. Quick-seared scallops or a rich crab risotto would pair nicely with this dry white.
