The biodynamically-run vineyard is enhanced by careful grape sorting and very meticulous vinification. This philosophy is spread across all vineyards and is a testament to the Estate’s commitment and respect for the vine.
The 2012 vintage offers lovely aromas of dried flowers, candied dark fruits, minerals and balsamic notes. Soft silky tannins offer a fresh and well-balanced palate while conserving a solid structure. Outstanding!
