Deeply committed to environmental values, they made a pivotal decision to transition to organic farming in 2005. Today, Alain and Francis stand as fervent champions of Gaillac’s unique grape varieties, including Braucol, Duras, and Loin de l’il, all deeply rooted in their passion for terroir.
