They are certified in the Terra Vitis methods of sustainable winegrowing and grow exclusively Chenin Blanc grapes, which they use to make a range of still and sparkling wines, dry to sweet. The Montlouis-Sur-Loire is a single vineyard wine from the Haut du Thet parcel in the central Loire Valley. Rich with aromatics, the nose boasts apple, pear, quince, and grapefruit with a touch of nuttiness and grains. The finish is medium with lingering tart fruit. It will play nicely with fatty fish, creamy pasta like beurre blanc, or a wood-fired white pizza.
