Albillo Mayor is grown on vines ranging from 60-100 years old, but hails from small plots found alongside Tempranillo grapes, making the yearly bottle production incredibly limited. With a complex and aromatic flavor profile consisting of apricot, citrus and almond with a bit of creamy mouthfeel this wine would pair well with seafood or salmon and rice.
