Since its inception in 2004, Fitapreta has been pushing the boundaries of winemaking in the Alentejo region. These indigenous varietal grapes are picked by hand at night to preserve freshness. On the nose, expect aromas of fresh and baked berries, with undertones of fresh eucalyptus and anise. Juicy cherry compote leads the way on the palate, with lingering notes of minerality and smoke. Pair with grilled lamb shoulder dusted with smoked paprika and black pepper.
