It was so successful, he knew he had found his true calling. This 100% Syrah is produced in Northern Rhone where Francois now has 40 hectares of vines. As you sip, you will find notes of juicy dark cherry, blackberry, and peppercorn. Pair this with braised beef or lamb shanks.
