Located just 3 kilometers from the center of Barolo, the Vajra family has farmed Bricco delle Viole since the 1880s until Aldo Vajra took over the estate in 1968. Less than five years later, Aldo had acquired the first organic certification of the region helping to create a bright future for this family-owned winery. This aromatic ros is a blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Pinot Noir and spends a short aging time in stainless-steel tanks. Notes of jasmine, rose petals, white raspberries and a touch of pink salt, this wine pairs well with soft cheeses or shellfish.
