This certified organic Austrian winery started in a small garage before its founders and friends, Dominik Gober and Gerald Freinbichler, began purchasing land from co-op members and focused on improving the farming methods. The fruit for Vineyard Project 004 comes from two vineyard sites: Neckenmarkt and Hortischon. Both bring their own unique terroir to this wine, creating a ruby color with notes of cranberries, raspberries, cherries, spice and a hint of smoke. This creates the perfect blend of mineral, earth and fruit flavors and can be paired with seared meats and dark sauces.
