Tenuta Gorghi Tondi is nestled within a large natural park of the same name on the southern coast of Sicily, only a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, and operated by a fourth-generation family of winemakers. It is one of their core values that protection of the environment, low impact production and eco-sustainability are primary factors for the making of a good wine; that cultivating the land is not enough, you must respect it as well. This is reflected in their sustainable, organic and biodynamic practices. Made of 100% Zibibbo, this wine shows notes of apricot, lime peel and orange blossom, with hints of jasmine and honeysuckle, and would make a great partner to Szechuan spicy chicken, sushi or fresh shellfish.
