Positioned on the hillside beside the Castle of Soave, the vines for these Garganega grapes were planted in volcanic and limestone soils 15 years ago. The grapes are harvested by hand, with special attention being paid to the most mature ones on the vines. Fermentation happens in concrete tanks, and the wine then spends 6 months of its aging process in barrels. You can find notes of green apple, herbs and white flowers on the nose and the palate is just a touch creamy and reflects the time the wine spends in oak. Best enjoyed with white meat dishes and hard cheeses! Ciao!
