A true Champenois, co-owner and winemaker, Thierry Gobillard, often mentions that his house is situated a few metres away from Dom Prignons grave. The viticulture methods are resolutely orientated towards quality, with hand-harvesting and yields limitation resulting in extremely elegant and authentic Champagnes.
