Since then, they have been producing beautiful wines and have committed to being sustainable and environmentally friendly. The estate has now grown to include 40 hectares of vines This rose is 100% Grenache and sees minimal skin contact to maintain a light color and bright flavors. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and bottled shortly after to retain freshness. As you sip, you will find notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and a hint of rose petals. Pair this with charcuterie or a sunny day on the patio.
