This blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Roussane hails from Cotes du Rhone, where the grapes are grown on sandy, marl soil. The vines are 25 years old and the wine is fermented in concrete and aged on the lees for 6 to 8 months. It is bright yellow in color with green reflections and showcases a nose full of citrus and peach notes. In the mouth, it has a slight “oily” texture and flavors of pear with a touch of florality.
