Today the domaine works with sustainable viticulture, respecting the unique terroir of Kimmeridgian limestone soils of the Chablis region. These mineral-rich vineyards, combined with Chablis cool continental climate create wines of purity, elegance and exceptional typicity.
The Chablis 2023 comes from a vintage marked by favourable weather and excellent ripening, delivering wines of balance and freshness. Grapes were harvested and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel to preserve fruit character and minerality. The wine shows crisp citrus, green apple and floral aromas with a saline finish. Perfect with oysters, grilled fish, goats cheese or light poultry dishes.
