Claude and Herv lead Domaine Lucien Muzard, continuing a heritage spanning nine generations. Their stewardship extends over 16 hectares across Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Pommard, with roots tracing back to 1645. Since assuming control in 1995, the estate shifted from selling to ngociants to bottling on-site. While red wine dominates production at 95%, white wines are steadily gaining esteem with each passing vintage.

Santenay 1er Cru La Maladire entices with aromas reminiscent of cassis, plums, smoked meats, and espresso roast.
