After organic harvesting, the grapes are aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 2 months, then aged in bottles for 6 months. On the nose, enjoy notes of fresh pears, green apples, and hints of lemongrass. The palette has a fresh feeling with a crisp finish and spiced aftertaste.
