Maculan started as an Osteria, or Italian small wine bar, in the 1920s until the winery itself was founded in 1947 and since then, it has been family owned and operated. Maculan’s terroir is made up volcanic soils with hilly terrain which creates mineral rich wines. This dry white is a blend of Tai, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio grapes creating a zesty wine with notes of fennel and pear blossom. Pair with fish or a vegetarian meal.
