This corner of Northern California features a warm climate that is perfect for growing the Mediterranean varieties that are featured in this blend. Reminiscent of a Cerasuolo, this wine showcases bright, fruit forward flavors and floral aromatics. It can be served with a chill and is best paired with salty, savory snacks.
