Michel Fallon Ozanne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

Michelle Fallon is a highly regarded Champagne producer based in Avize, a Grand Cru village in the Cte des Blancs. With over 30 years of experience, he served as the primary assistant to the visionary Anselme Selosse, gaining comprehensive expertise in both vineyard management and cellar practices. In 2008, Fallon began vinifying a small portion of his family’s organically farmed Chardonnay grapes, producing the Ozanne cuve in Selosse’s cellar. This collaboration allowed him to apply Selosse’s innovative techniques to his own wine, resulting in a Champagne that reflects both tradition and innovation.

The Ozanne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is a refined expression of Chardonnay, showcasing the purity and elegance of the grape. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, and subtle brioche lead to a palate that is both fresh and layered. The wine’s fine mousse and mineral finish reflect the chalky soils of Avize, offering a harmonious balance between richness and finesse.
