The fruit for our range of Pinot Gris has been sourced from three of our vineyards along the peninsula; Main Ridge, Red Hill and Tuerong. This means our Pinot Gris selection is fresh, intensely aromatic and vigorously complex. Pairing delicately blended medleys of intensely fragrant fruits such as Beurre Bosc pear, Nashi Pear and lemon sherbet with special notes such as rose petal, liquorice root, apple blossom, oatmeal and almond paste, Montaltos Pinot Gris delivers expressive yet individualistic flavour.
