A newly released 2021 organic and vegan Albarino from the Adegas Gran Vinum winery. This family-owned winery is 2nd generation owned and has been producing Albarino since the 1980s. Located in the picturesque Subregion of Rias Baixas, Valle de Salnes. The high maritime influence in this region is reflected in the slight bit of salinity in the wine. A medium bodied Albarino which can stand up to the cooler weather displays notes of peach, apricot, and white florals and closes on a bit of a zesty/citrusy note with a touch of minerality. We think this would pair wonderfully with mahi mahi fish tacos and cabbage slaw!
