Their organic and biodynamic practices overflow into their winemaking process, utilizing a low-input winemaking process. This wine is 96% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Semillon and produces notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, and a touch of salinity and fresh-cut grass. This wine pairs well with goat cheese or a herb fish dish.
