Bodega Santa Juila was named after the owner’s only daugher, Julia Zuccardi. Today, are not only third generation family-owned, but you may not find another winery so dedicated to the environment and their community as Santa Julia. Not only are they organic, sustainable and biodynamic, they add no sulfites to their wines and were the first Argentine winery to achieve ‘Fair for Life’ certification, which includes fair labor, adequate salaries, and money going directly back to the employees from sales. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a true natural wine with minimal human invertention including bottle filtration. With notes of dark fruit including plums and cherries, this wine would pair well with poultry and beef dishes.
