The vineyard is practicing biodynamic and he makes his wine in a contemporary style with respect for the environment. Each bottle is marked with his fingerprint, indicating his commitment to making unique wine in limited quantities. This is an elegant expression of Barbera that showcases notes of dark fruit and has a lingering finish. Pair with mushroom ragout or blue cheese.
