This winery’s story begins on the Mediterranean coast of France, where two childhood friends spent their time surfing and shucking oysters. Marianne and Thomas spent time separately cultivating their education in wine and finally decided it was time to pursue their own dream of creating wine that invoked the feeling of an “endless summer.” This blend of Picpoul, Terret and Ugni Blanc does exactly that. The grapes are farmed sustainably and organically and the wine is vegan! ‘Le Blanc’ is bright and aromatic, overflowing with flavors of tropical fruit (think pineapple, guava and orange blossom) and finishing with a salty snap. Intended to be paired with things that are unapologetically from the south of France- crisp salads, fresh shellfish or a plate of soft cheeses.
