This Santa Barbara County winery was founded over 20 years ago when founder Tom Stolpman discovered what he calls ‘a viticultural gem’ hidden in the hills of California’s central coast. What he discovered was land rich in limestone and clay with the perfect balance of sun, wind and rain. In order to maintain the ideal balance in their wines, grapes are harvested by hand at night, which helps retain the grape’s freshness. This light bodied red blend is made up Grenache, Gamay and Trousseau and shows notes of dark red fruit, tea leaves and pomegranat. Delicious with a chill, this wine pairs well with your favorite pizza or pasta dish.
