Maturing of the basic wine takes place in a stainless steel tank and in a wooden barrel, then the wine is de-alcoholised and bubbled. The taste of the rose Pur is close to Brut and shows full-bodied and fruity aromas as well as a scent of red fruits. It is a delight in the glass with its fine perlage and light salmon colour. The pure rose is 100% organic and 100% vegan. Lively, elegant without alcohol!
