They are a practicing organic winery and take pride in taking care of the land that has a 5,000 year winemaking history. Made from 95% Vermentino and 5% Albarola, this white is crisp and fruity with a mineral body and notes of green apples and lime. Pair this wine with seafood dishes including shrimp and scallops.
