Pioneers in organic farming, they became Italy’s first certified organic winery in the early 1990s and have since earned vegan certification as well. This crisp, aromatic white wine is made from 100% Pecorino, an ancient Italian grape that, despite its challenging cultivation and low yields, has seen a resurgence since the 1990s. The wine offers delightful notes of nectarine, ripe pear, and herbs. It pairs beautifully with seafood or, naturally, Pecorino cheese.
