Visintini is one of our favorite family owned wineries with a history dating back to the middle ages. Located in the hills behind Corno di Rosazzo, they are certified organic and practicing biodynamic. Most of Visintini’s vineyards are at least 35 years old and the terroir is sandstone which gives this wine the same complexity and depth as the whites coming from this producer. This wine is 100% Franconia (Italian blaufrankish) and has tasting notes of red fruit and violets, with lots of black pepper on the finish. Pair it with fresh pasta or a ham dish.
