Two brothers, Toni and Mique Coca i Fito, have mastered producing wines with their use of Priorats terroir. Using sustainably farmed grapes, this blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 10% Syrah, and 5% Cabernet is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels adding hints of spice and rich texture to each sip. You will find notes of lilac and hibiscus, herbs, earth, and dark red fruit, making this a perfect pairing with tapas or lamb shanks.
