Bodegas Yllera, established in the early 1970s by brothers Jesus and Pepe Yllera, is now proudly managed by the sixth generation of their family. Committed to environmental sustainability, they harvest grapes exclusively at night to minimize oxidation and preserve aromatic qualities. The wine is crafted from 20-30 year-old vines and aged in oak barrels before bottling. This red blend features approximately 90% Tempranillo, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. It offers vibrant notes of dark berries, raspberries, pepper, and subtle hints of vanilla and toast from the oak. Ideal pairings include a rich vegetable stew or a juicy sirloin.
